That's not a supported docker image.

We've just released official docker images for lava-dispatcher and
lava-server. This support is still new but we use these docker images
in our CI testing.

boards.yaml is not part of LAVA - that has been added by the creators
of that docker image. We cannot provide support for your problem
relating to this file. Sorry.
