Yes, I know how to use gitlab. :)

However, I looked at that, but that means creating yet another account
on the Linaro-specific server.  If I could fork it to gitlab.com, that
would be much more convenient.

I'm a kernel developer, so for me, there's not much easier than sending
a patch to mailing list. :)
