I've talked with someone who knows more about the DUT than I do, and they've presented me with a couple options. Make and add something like wget or add the actual wget back in. Or try scp option you've mentioned here. How would I go about using scp for deployment of tests to the DUT? There is an ssh daemon running on the DUT, so that much is already sorted.
