No. This is just a placeholder. The substitution value is determined by either: If there is no dispatcher-specific configuration in /etc/lava-server/dispatcher.d/ then the worker looks up it's own IPv4 address
If there is a config file for this worker in that directory, the value is sent to the worker.

The value of SERVER_IP seems to be set somehow within lava. And it looks if it's not possible to overide it in the device dictionary, isn't it? Is there a way to change the value of SERVER_IP?
