The master is still crashing the exact same way this time with the template /etc/lava-server/dispatcher-config/devices/qemu01.jinja2

if you look at the lava-master logs you will see that it's regularly crashing because the template that you had put in /etc/lava-server/dispatcher-config/device-types/kvm01.jinja2 is invalid (recursive ?)

looking at the logs, I see that lava-master is using encryption while lava-logs is not. This is why they can communicate anymore. Yo can activate the encryption for lava-logs in /etc/lava-server/lava-logs.

As you recommended , when i checked the lava-logs status , its showing as running active and also i have been checked the logs by make use of /var/log/lava-server/lava-logs.log & /var/log/lava-server/lava-master.log.
