Does this device type cover both B and B+? I mean, can we use it for B+ as well? If yes, what's the best way to differentiate those on LAVA? Creating a new device type for B+ (which is the > same of the above) or using tags?
In our setup we went with 2 device types, because we have kernel configs that boot on one but not the other. If you are using only stock RPI images which dual boot fine afaik then you should be okay with a single devicetype and marking them as b/b+ using tags alone.
