Hi All,
We are planning on deploying some Raspberry Pi's as LAVA dispatchers in our lab. Does LAVA fully support Raspberry Pi OS and are there any known limitations we should be aware of?
Many thanks,

I don't think LAVA officially runs on Raspbian. You can run a dispatcher in a container though. I'm running a dispatcher on RPi4 this way. I'm not using Raspbian though.
One thing to be aware of is RPi's USB stack. For example if you plan on using NXP boards as DUTs and flash them with uuu, that probably won't work. Apart from that I'm not aware of any serious issues. The "proper" (meaning someone tried that before) way is to mount rootfs on SSD. Stevan described this in the docs here: https://lava.readthedocs.io/en/latest/admin/advanced-tutorials/deploying-rpi... IIRC RPi4 can now boot from USB so you can omit using SD cards entirely. SSD is important because SD card IO is pretty slow and RPi would struggle with compress/uncompress operations.
Hope that helps.
