Hi All,
I am installing an ODROID-N2 board into our LAVA setup. I see that there is support for ODROID-X2 and ODROID-XU3 in the LAVA codebase, but no mention of ODROID-N2.
Before I start, I wanted to know if anyone has successfully installed an ODROID-N2 in LAVA? Does it work with the existing support added for the other variants? Are there any specific bits of hardware I will need to use and/or device dictionary settings I need to ensure are set before I can get the board up and running?
Regards, Malcolm

Currently I don't see any odroids in our LAB. Looking at the device type they are u-boot devices. If you only plan to use u-boot with N2 and boot from TFTP that should work out of the box. If you need sth more sophisticated, more work is needed to add support to LAVA

At this point just ethernet cable, some means of turning power on and off and you're set. If you would like to change boot device (SPI or eMMC) you would need to do HW modification to allow hands free change of boot mode switch. For running Android change in the device type would be pretty simple as the current u-boot supports fastboot. This is supported in some other devices in LAVA (for example X15: https://git.lavasoftware.org/lava/lava/blob/master/etc/dispatcher-config/dev...).
To sum up, for simple use case (boot Linux from TFTP) it should work out of the box, for Android you need a small change in device type, for changing boot mode a bigger change is required in device type and HW needs to be modified.
Hope this helps. milosz
