Yes. LAVA is included in Debian Stretch and 9.5 is the current point release of Stretch.

Stretch has been updated in 9.5 to include the security fixes for LAVA as the 2016.12-3 release. Nevertheless, all Stretch users are recommended to configure stretch-backports and install 2018.5.post1-2~bpo9+1 which removes V1 support to provide full V2 support.
