these have no licence information, we've adapted them for a Linux Foundation project, what licence should apply to these files?

All of lava-server, including the documentation and supporting files, are under the AGPL-3.0 unless indicated otherwise.
As per the bottom of each page of the UI: LAVA Server is free software developed by Linaro. It is distributed under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.
