following the release of LAVA 2019.11, we released lavacli v0.9.9

This release does: * fix a crash with LAVA >= 2019.09 * improve log colors * allow to follow logs when submitting jobs

As usual, lavacli could be installed from: * pypi (https://pypi.org/project/lavacli/) * debian (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lavacli) (coming soon).
