discussion:

config (e.g. load addresses)
1. Should be easy, waiting on a patch from Matt
4. [Kumar] Direct serial connection (#296)
1. pyserial probably the best bet?

5. Finish reviewing/reworking/merging Tim's device-dict in test
job patch

2. With expansion, helps to support the expanded fastboot
image work
